What is your cancelation policy?

Cancelation with full refund is available for up to 48 hours before the scheduled detail.

What is your service area?

Klever’s serves the greater Chicago Area, including Cook, DuPage, Will, Lake (IL), Lake (IN), Kendall, Kane, and Grundy Counties. For locations without an indoor garage at least two vehicle spaces wide, Klever’s will provide pick-up/drop-off service included with the price of any service. Klever’s is the only mobile detailer in Chicago to offer this service at no extra cost, so no matter where your car is located or what facilities you have at home, it can be professionally detailed when you’re on the go.

Can you detail in a paid parking garage?

No, Klever’s can NOT detail your vehicle in a paid parking garage, nor can Klever’s pick-up/drop-off your vehicle in a paid parking garage.
